Basic ASP.NET/MS SQL Logic for Dashboard System in MVP Project

I need a programmer proficient in ASP.net MVC 5 to introduce some basic logic enabling the user to view information saved in the database.

The attached images show all 6 actions needing to be completed:
1. Change the "140" Label to read from a defined field in Database
2. Change the "2.48t" Label to read from a defined field in the Database
3. Enter the "Cities Table" as a hardcoded object into the box at the bottom of the screen inside the league table box, similar to how the graph is done.
4. This is the same as Action 1.
5. Remove 100 from Textbox as default load (should be empty)
6. Remove the points to consume entry value from points balance value in Database - redirect to the main dashboard (Redirect already in place, just needing the logic for consumption)

I need these completed ASAP!
