BASH/TELNET script

Description of requirements/functionality: I need a simple bash/telnet script that runs the following commands

telnet myserver 777
AUTH myusername mypassword
for loop through a range of 200 uk telephone numbers (e.g. 01617031000 - 01617031200)
SET %numberfromrange% S:%numberfromrange%@1.1.1.1
repeat loop
QUIT

So, basically the SET command is ran 200 times passing in the different phone number from the range each time.
