Azure Data engineer needed for a small POC

I need a Azure data engineer to do a small Proof of concept project, The person should be experienced in ADF, Data Factory, ADL and Delta lake. The POC will extract data from a metadata-driven DB and store it in a Raw ADL storage. The data extracted from ADL is then dropped in Delta lake. The POC can be done with just two source tables. For an experienced developer, it would take between 2 to 3 hours to demonstrate this hence please submit a reasonable quote.
