I'm looking for someone to write a AWS serverless app to do the following:
1. Create/Manage a EC2 group
2. Get number of instances currently running in a group
3. Get total number of instances required by an app - via API get request to our service
4. Calculate total instances number required.
5. Destroy or create instances to match instances required by app - Instances must be https proxies
6. Get proxy connection details for each available instance and save - via API post to our service
These steps would be repeated on a schedule all contained within the app.
