Description of requirements/functionality: This project includes developing firmware for an Atmega micro-controller. The micro-controller needs to send and receive soil moisture sensor on a wireless radio transmission. This is a short range unit that includes one receiver and one or more transmitters. Soil moisture data should be retrievable. The final project should create operability for the soil moisture circuit boards.
