Automation VA - Gumloop, Manychat, Kajabi, Make

I’m looking for an experienced automation VA to help me implement pre-built Gumloop workflows into my active Kajabi and ManyChat ecosystem.
All of the Gumloop files and logic have already been created and are stored in my project folder — this is not a design or build-from-scratch role. I simply need a sharp, detail-oriented implementer who can:
Import and connect the existing Gumloop files
Map the correct fields to Kajabi, ManyChat, and Google Sheets
Test and confirm each flow (lead capture, keyword triggers, tagging, follow-ups)
Clean up and document the integrations for smooth, ongoing use
What You’ll Work On:
Installing pre-built Gumloop workflows
Linking Gumloop automations with Kajabi products, forms, and tags
Syncing ManyChat keyword triggers (“MUSCLE,” “BURN,” “CROWN,” etc.) to Kajabi actions
Testing data flow from ManyChat → Kajabi → Sheets
Documenting each integration inside a shared Google Drive SOP
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with Gumloop, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
Deep understanding of Kajabi and ManyChat connections
Highly organized, communicative, and precise with field mapping
Can follow existing workflows and execute without re-creating logic
Available for quick collaboration via Loom or voice notes
