Automate Google Sheets

I need to automate Our Employee Directory Sheet, Revised Vendor Sheet and Immigration sheet for my organization.
Below is Requirement
1. The rows in each sheet should be locked after 7 days of it's entry. Only Admin user should able to edit the sheet, for other users the rows should be un editable after 7 days of it's entry. If some user need access to particular, Admin has to remove the lock explicitly. This should be applicable to all 3 sheets
2. In the Employee Directory sheet, When we enter Employee ID in Work Assignment Tab sheet, It should automatically populate data from Employee Directory Tab sheet. And Vendor column should be drop down and it should populate data from Revised Vendor Sheet. 'Pay Terms', 'Invoice Terms' and 'Time Sheets' to vendor columns should auto populate from Revised Vendor Sheet.
