Auto post content from a Google spreadsheet to a wordpress blog

We need a coder/dev to write a programme to automatically take content from a Google Docs Spreadsheet and write it into Wordpress blog, publishing new content twice a day.

The spreadsheet and the blog are both already live. We have a google analytics key as well.

There will be about 25 fields to include, header, embed url, multiple categories and multiple dates, as well as field to indicate 'importance' so that things tagged 'important' get posted first.

We then need to write back to the spreadsheet with the date/time content was posted, and some google analytics data (at 48 hours after posting, and 7 days after posting)

We also need a manual over-ride 'publish now' button somewhere in the process.
