Auto complete legal forms/ letters via website or chatbot

I wondered whether you could help enable my website to nurture clients from asking them what they need help with to getting payment and giving them the results they need.

We would start by capturing their contact details
Then asking them a direct question as to which area of law they need help with
Ask a further series of questions based on their chosen area of law - Property, Contract, Divorce, Wills and litigation
If they have answered 'yes' and we can help them
We will then do an official ID verification

We ask them questions tailored to help us auto complete formal legal forms and auto generate formal legal letters, which are to be signed electronically
The letters are to be auto-posted using an AP1 that I will provide
Where the work needed does not include form/letter generation, we give them the facility to auto book an appointment for a paid telephone or video/zoom consultation.
Everything is automated and done electronically from start to finish. There is no human input.

To complement the above, we could also prepare a chatbot to send traffic to website where they will go through the above process. That chatbot could be telephone,WhatsApp, messenger and on the website.
