Audio player with ability to set colors according to json file

Audio player with the ability to set colors according to json sent to it-
The json file will have the following parameters:
Segments (array):
Each item in the array will include:
Start second
end second
Color
tooltip

The player must take all the segments and paint the line according to the components in the segment set.
For example with the item in the segment set is:
Second Start -02.40s
Second End - 05: 35s
Color: rgb (0,0,0)
tooltip: 'some info'

Then the line of the player will be in rgb color (0,0,0) only along the second start to the end second and also with the client will move with the mouse on this section there will be a tooltip with what is specified.
Of course, all time in this sound segment that do not have a segment on which they will be painted in a neutral color


The player should be built in js / jquery only.
