Associate / Trainee Microsoft Consultant

I’m looking for ambitious and hardworking team members to join a specialist consulting team.

Applicants will need to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Windows Server 2003 or 2008, Active Directory and TCP / IP. You will need to be confident delivering workshops and delivering high quality design documentation, although a solid training programme will be provided.
Applicants with a current Microsoft Certification will be preferred, but this is not essential.

The successful applicant(S) will be trained in Microsoft System Center, Windows 7 and 8 Desktop Deployment or ForeFront technologies. Training will consist of on the job hands on mentored experience, mentoring, training courses and examinations.
After successful completion an initial apprenticeship phase a permanent role will be offered with a £20-£25K flexible benefits package in year 1 which rises to £30 to £35k at the senior consultant level. All permanent team members are eligible for a company funded Masters in Computer Science university course programme, and are trained to MCITP and Microsoft Certified Masters level as part of a structured career development programme over three years.
