ArduinoBLE- Six Analog sensor readings to iOS Swift App

Hello,
I am looking for someone to help me with coding for ArduinoBLE and also possibly a simple Xcode Swift app for iOS. I am using an Arduino MKR-1010 WiFi board(using the ArduinoBLE.h library) and I have six(6) analog sensors plugged into it. I need to convert the 3.3Volts into each Analog input to a range of 0-1023 then send those six different data streams via BLE to an app on an iPhone that will display the data in six different UITextFields. I have written an Arduino Sketch using IDE 1.8.15 and I am able to read and convert the sensor voltages and have also defined One BLE Service and Six Characteristics all using Custom 128-bit UUID'S. Using the nRF Connect app, I can connect to the Peripheral, see the one Service and see all six Characteristics but I am not getting the correct values that I am sending via the "Characteristic".writeValue command. I'm fairly new to coding so I'm hoping this sounds fairly easy to accomplish for someone with experience with BLE and sensor data. I can find another coder to help with the iOS Swift app if need be.
