Arduino Project Needed - Sensors and Display

I need a Arduino based project. The idea is to create a device with a:
- speaker,
- tilt sensor
- audio sensor
- 7 segment or dot matrix display.

There will be multiple copies of the device.
Arduino Nano is preferred.

Each device will emit a different audio tone. The project should support up to 10 devices.

By using its sensor, the device will count how many other devices are in proximity, and show the number of devices on its display.

If there are 3 devices, each device will play its own tone, listen for other devices and show the number 3, on their display. If there are 4 devices, each display will show the number 4, and so on.

Each device should be activated by a tilt sensor. When a device is tilted, it will play its tone, listen for other devices, and display the total number of devices found for a definable duration (1 minute by default)

Is this something you can design?

I will need the pin layout diagram (Arduino Nano based) and the sketch and to remotely see your functioning demo. Please be an experienced Arduino developer.
