Arduino program script

I need someone to help with a script to light up 6 yellow LED's...starting dim then going bright, when at full brightness it will flash the white led once and the the yellow leds go back down to nothing.

It's for use on a model ship l am making and need want a push button to start the program. So the lights do dim orange, to bright orange, have a flash of bright white, then back to down dim orange. Then program stops....

I really hope someone can help. For someone that knows what they are doing this is hopefully a quick job!
