Arduino library for TFT menu selection keyboard mouse

goal is to develop a dynamic approach to keyboard/mouse emulation. Hardware being used is a teensy 3.6 (pjrc.com) with 7 digital inputs. Each input has a SPDT switch attached. The switches are sending a single keyboard.press or mouse.press when clicked. Instead of modifying the sketch in IDE each time a different keystroke is needed, I want to use a TFT LCD with a rotary encoder to display or change the keystroke of each input pin. Secondary goal: add bluetooth option and graphics on TFT LCD for bootup and menu flow.
