General information for the business: We are an online accountancy Firm
Description of requirements/functionality: I am needing an integration between Insightly CRM and Workflow Max
I want to share some details between the two systems, such as name, email address and some custom fields that we've added
I'd ideally like that when we change the status of a organisation in Insightly to being a customer it creates a client in Workflow Max. However, we only want customers to appear in Workflowmax, NOT prospects or leads
I'm happy for Workflowmax to be our system of record - so changes in WFM are pushed through to Insightly, but not vice versa
