API PROGRAMMER: Summarising articles and outputting summary into RSS

General information for the website: it's a server side script
Description of requirements/features: I want to create summaries of articles. Fortunately, the tools and a lot of the coding has already been done... I just need help connecting things together.

These articles will come via RSS (there are about 50 feeds).

I will be able to extract full webpages from RSS (so they can be summarised) using this tool:
http://www.feedsapi.com

For each feed, I want to get summaries of each article real-time, as it is published.

I want the original RSS feed to be input into the summary API and then for a summary to come out via a sepperate RSS feed with a link to the original article source.
