API Dev help

I need a developer familiar with c# and Visual Studio to reverse engineer an app provided to us from our vendor. I have the solution but am unfamiliar with the syntax. The app pulls desired info into an app form. I need it to provide me the info so I can load it into a MSSQL database. This can be done in the app or by creating a csv file I can then import using SSIS. I tried to work with the vendor, utilizing python but the vendor was unable to get me past the authentication.

This should not be too difficult or take too long for someone who understands C# or can use Visual Studio. Unfortunately, I'm not that someone and need help.
