Api calls to pull in products

I need someone to set up the api call from WooCommerce to/from a central db to import products with prices and other relevant information, and then if there is a sale report this back to the db.
Products can not be extracted and then loaded into the db in one go, it has to be done each time since there is several places the products gets sold (phone, physical, other sites etc)

I will supply you with a fresh install of wp, theme and wc on my development server.

This job is just about getting the products to be listed when people search for them and then report back to the system with number of sold products when the order is completed.
