Android App Consultation & Completion with alot of comments

I have started creating an app but I am still learning and need help/advice in how to proceed as well as someone to complete the code and heavily comment so i can still understand and work on it in the future. The app currently uses FIREBASE to store its information but I want to see if there is a way to just link it to peoples one drive/gooogle drive or whatever to store the images although that leaves me at a dead end on where to store the etxt... SQL table or still in Firebase etc...

App features are simple, users need to be able to:
Create Folders (Done but may need to be edited if i change database)
Create a post <Text & Multiple Image (Partially Done but image display needs tweaking)
Edit a Post
Share to Facebook/Whatsapp etc...
Rearrange on long press works but does not save on OnStop()

other little features: (Optional depending how long/expensive for previously mentioned taskes)
Prevent double Taps on screens/posts
add audio/voice recording option
