Amend my Pinescript v 5

I need a Point of Control adding to my pinescript to make it work properly, The Point of Control will measure time spent at price and will cover the whole day from market open to present . I will want to define market open but it will need to be set to 2200 which is when fx markets open in UK. It can be copied from an existing pinescript to my code or a built in POC/ Volume profile used. It just needs to be a horizontal line in purple and will be defined as daily_poc_price to feed into the other calculations in the script. The script ultimately calculates risk reward for trades from vwap.
