Amazon ASIN to EAN/UPC Website

I would like a program that can upload a .txt (tab delimited) file and lookup the Amazon ASIN product references from AMAZON and replace them with the barcodes EAN/UPC of those specific products.

Effectively on this one page website, you upload this txt file where the header to the column reads ASIN (in bold) then looks up each entry of the ASIN numbers then creates another column with each row with the correct EAN/UPC barcode and emails the txt file (tab delimted) to the recipients address.
