Ajax multple Image uploader with order arranging similar to craigslist

General information for the website: we sell teddy bears

Description of requirements/features: Need an image uploader with all of the same features as how it works on craigslist. see attached images and/or sign up on craigslist.org to see how their add/edit images section works to see a live demo of what i am looking for.
additionally, the option to rotate images by 90 degrees is needed.
Image uploader should allow user to upload up to X number of images (defined by the user) and code will use Ajaxa sync code to load images in real time. Preferabily jquery and previously written modules (like perhaps drop zone, gridly). As image is uploading there will need to be a progress indicator bar that updates in real time.
After image is uploaded, the image will appear down below in the images uploaded area. In this area the user will be able to re-arrange the order of the images with their mouse or by finger on a mobile device and/or delete or rotate the image by 90 degrees. When an image is in the first place or second place an overlay (or other form of notification) will appear on/by the image letting the user know that the image is the featured or main hover image.
This image upload system must also play nice being part of a HTML form that contains other information about the product (price, description, etc). So when the form is submitted the image locations will be transferred to the form/cgi processing script and updating in the database.
Additionally, this software must work when doing an edit on the item. Meaning that when a user goes to edit their listing, all the images they have already added to the system will come up (in the order they first set) and the user will be able to add/delete/rotate/reorder those images (up to the number of allowed images) and then submit the form for processing (ie, saving in the database).
this must work in all browsers and on mobile devices (specifically including safari web browers/ipad/iphones).
No access will be given to our servers, so you must be able to get the script to work in a staging area on your own server, and then provide any help / debugging to ensure your code is integrated and works on our live web site (no access will be given on our servers so any debugging will be done through email/skype).
