Ajax Dynamic Select Lists (3 tier)

We require a 3 level dynamic dropdown box in Ajax, similar to the one seen on movies.ie. The content for each dropdown box is currently stored in a text file and can be formatted in whatever way is needed.

The script should be written in ASP Classic or ASP.net.

In short, the first dropdown box is a county, then the 2nd dropdown will filter and show cinemas in that county. When a cinema is selected, the movies will filter and show only movies being shown in that cinema.

The script needs to read from cookies to remember the last selection.

Finally, when the new list is being loaded, we want a symbol to indicate the list is re-loading.
