Ajax call and php email verification with good templat (no spam)

I have a function called email_exsist , In which email_exsist ($email) It will return user id if the email exist otherwise it will give blank . So what i have to do is , i have a registration form
In which user can type email, If user type email and they press submit then i have to call a ajax in which i can check user email exist or not.

If exist i have to display error msg under the email column that saying sorry this email is already used Otherwise user able to submit the form. [Please note : you don’t have to write email_exsist function , because it already there . you need to make a ajax call and check only ]

2) There is password and password repeat field , both field should be same and password contain at least 1 special character and must be length in between 6 to 12 character. Otherwise show the error msg

3) when user register please send a email verification form with minimal but good email verification link through good email template . If user click that link just make update the column in user reg table with verified .

: So basically it contain an ajax call and good email sending system with a good template . Make sure email will not going to junk and it have html template
