Here's how it works
Recruiters setup the interview by choosing a few parameters and invite 1000s of candidates
Candidates get interview details via email and can start interviewing
- machine learning:
we need algorithms ( we will provide resume parsing so need to worry about parsing ) to read the candidate's resume and decide which questions to ask the candidate initially
- advanced natural language processing:
the chatbot should also understand the answers given by the candidate and ask relevant follow-up questions as well
mimicking human interaction:
the candidate literally feels like he's chatting with a human, 95% of the time... and the experience will keep getting better as the bot learns from every interview that it conducts
Recruiters can access the interview responses on their dashboard and rate them...
leading to a detailed performance report of all the candidates, based on rating multiple parameters.
