I wish to convert my team's workflow from waterfall to Agile using Scrum framework.
I understand how agile and scrum works, however, I've never had experienced the setup process.
I have a concept of what I want to achieve and I need someone with experience to help me refine my plan and help me integrate it within JIRA.
Action points:
a) Get yourself familiar with my workflow plan
b) Work with me on my concept and refine it until it is complete
c) Instruct me how to set up my Jira project as per my plan
d) Instruct me on how can I replicate the integration across my next projects.
I expect multiple hours of screen sharing sessions going through my concept + integrating intoJIRA.
