Advice on free-hand writing on a tablet, inside a web app

Extra notes: I have a web app. It is a website not an iOS/Android app. It is designed to look and behave like a iOS/Android app. It has a backend database already written. I use the web app to collect data about people during an 'interview; style process in a business based environment.. It uses pre-defined set of drop downs, tick boxes and free text fields where information can be typed in. I am keen to allow people to hand-write in a text box, using a stylus on their tablet. This would supplement the drop down and free text boxes. I do not know if this is possible as described above (without it being an iOS/Android API). If anyone has solved this problem, and would like to share their solution, and/or provide a demo to me, and/or help me do this, please let me know what you can offer and your charges (fixed price) please.
