ADobe XD - Animation in Wordpress

I am working on a WordPress project BUT part of it requires some development of animation that I need some help and expertise in for a specific block on the page and in the home page banenr.

I can share. the ADobe XD file with you to show you the specific section. I do not need the site developed JUST his specific area that I am not sure WordPress can deliver and will need som custom coddin.

It needs to be delivered withing the Elementor page builder setup as well as that is what I and my smallteam work with.

I need you to start today on this and will share the design and setup a sample page for you to work on
