Adhoc I.T. (EPOS software/system) support

Ongoing, adhoc technical support work to assist with supporting our growing estate of retail clients. We are an EPOS system solution provider based in the UK and require an individual who can work at short notice to cover busy periods, holiday, sickness and out of hours support. From 0-35 hours a week depending on requirement (will vary from week to week). Will ideally suit a freelance I.T. professional.

Must have pleasant telephone manner and be customer service focused. Competent knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office essential and must be familiar with installing and maintaining MySQL. A working knowledge of SQL would also be required.

You will require a suitable speed Internet connection for access to our VOIP exchange and to provide remote support to our clients.

Full training of our software will be provided.

Need not be UK based but must be available during UK office hours.
