Adding Sitemap to a CMS website

Hi PPHers,
I've been coming up against some problems when trying to add a sitemap to a cms website.
The problem is the cms site isn't the root domain, so it doesn't allow you to add a sitemap.
Therefore, I wanted to add a sitemap to the website (which is running on what seems to be an outdated version of Wordpress), then manually add the cms pages using a sitemap.xml plugin.
Right now, the current website Wordpress installation doesn't allow plugins.
If anyone can help walk me through how to fix this issue, I would be happy to pay the quote that solves this issue.
