Adddtion in Script for multiple keywords

Please add the feature in the already developed script to give URL of every commit in which “iterator” and multiple keywords has
occurred and dates of those commits.
2. Please do not remove the file_URL, instead, put it in the last in arranging the order, for
example, the order of columns should be as follows:
index, repository, commit_url, commit_url_date, commit_count, last_commit_of_repo, and file_url
3. Documents containing an explanation of script what you add & how to run it on the system.
