Experience Level: Entry
I have a script added to my page to count the list items in Sharepoint. the Script working fine however, i want to add the YEAR as dropdown menu , so the script can read and count by Date (YEAR and then Quarter) , not counting All of list items in the list.

Note, that you have to have testing environment to show me try the revised script.
Sharepoint 2013-2019.
