Add to and amend a PIne script v 5

My pinescript needs a poc adding and the risk reward it will then properly calculate is placed in a table and needs to be then taken and used in the conditions for plotting signals and sending alerts. ( called candle condition long and candle condition short ) The POC only needs to measure time spent at a price during the day which begins at 2200 hours UK time as this is when US FX markets open/close.However I use minute charts for my trading so POC can be based on say 5 minute chart so there is no conflict with historic data allowances. I then want a second copy of the script with an extra condition added to candle condition long and candle condition short to plotting signals and sending alerts which restricts the signals and alerts to within 15 minutes of a VWAP touch.
