Add Progressbar Timer and AJax Callback To a PHP Page

I have below php page

Above page is selecting random website url from database and showing the website url inside an Iframe
what I need to do is show a progressbar for 3 seconds over the iframe and at the end of the timer call another php page through Ajax and based on the result from the called php page show success/failure msg over the iframe

progressbar or ajax code should not break iframe
