Our client's PHP/MySQL eCommerce site needs deliveries only available to the UK.
An order should only be completed by the customer if they have entered a correct UK postcode making sure that no payment is taken until the address has been verified as UK.
We also need to restrict some UK postcodes: AB,BT,DD,GY,IM,IV,JE or ZE. When an overseas or any of the restricted UK postcodes are entered a message should be displayed - pref in a lightbox - and the user cannot proceed any further with their purchase.
This project is time critical - it needs to be completed by the end of this week so I am looking to accept a proposal today.
