Add Loop statement to my code

Hello,

I have a python code (instapy) which has a bug and needs fixing

1) cannot follow more than 10 people per hour without getting stuck on a hashquery loop

2) Once it reaches 10, even though that is just an hourly limit, the program skips straight to step 2 (unfollowing all users)

as a solution I'm looking to fix this bug somehow or to create a while 'Following' <= 7500 to continue looping

Not sure what the variable for "All followers" is to be able to tell python what to look for, this is pretty much the issue.
