Add banner & unify theme to several components of existing website

Add my (existing) banner to my REBTinfo blog. Use theme already installed. Very simple. No other changes needed

Mind-Body Thailand is a website running several different scripts as sub-directories such as SMF Forum, Business Directory, Links Directory, and more. Main project is for each of these components to (a) share a common banner and links bar (which is finished already, and (b) to share a common theme and colors based on the “ds_natural” theme already installed on the SMS Forum => http://forum.mindbodythailand.net

1. Add links and attractive tool tips to each of the 9 items on the horizontal menu bar. Exactly like the one still working on a defunct website => http://yogathailand.info/--index.php/ I will provided the necessary text and link addys for the tool tips.

2. Add my banner (with links/tool tips described above) to the following web components, and change colors to similar look and feel of the ds_natural theme already on my SMF forum => http:forum.mindbodythailalnd.net

It will be the same banner (and links bar) on a., b & c.
a. Add banner & menu bar to SMF
b. Add banner & menu bar to Biz directory
c. Add banner & menu bar to links directory
d. Is it possible to add this same banner & menu to an amazon shop?
