Activation process removal on delphi build software that I own

I own the rights to a piece of software that was built for us around 2012 in an old version of Delphi. I am able to prove the software is owned by myself.

I do not have the source files and will need someone who is able to change the server details to point to a new server that I have set up; the existing server is on a legacy account and can go down for a week at a time which means that the user will not be able to activate their software.

At the moment, the software connects to the existing server via FTP and the new server needs to connect via TLS.

I am looking for someone who will be able to change the backend of the server settings on the software to allow it to connect the new server.
