ACT premium UI development

General information for the business: We need to interface with a email broadcasting application, bring the stats into the contact module/ page in a intuitive User interface in ACT

Description of every module: We need someone with experience in ACT UI customization, adding a module to allow our client to see in the contact module email broadcasting history and activity.
Description of requirements/functionality: This will be a collaborative effort, where we will provide the API elements, discuss how the client will percieve email activity on the contacts in ACT.
OS requirements: Windows
Extra notes: The first step is to have a conversation, to understand what is the quickest and most sensible way to approach 2 way communication with our email broadcasting application. and how we will present statistics in ACT contacts module.
ideally what i think may be the best way to present the data, which is not set in stone, will be same approach as Swiftpage marketing results, if we have flexibility to put more than just a list view in place in the tabs associated with the contacts as per screen shot attached.
