A web application where customers can add images to make a personalised case?

General information for the business: We sell personalised phone cases
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: I would like to create an application similar to the application used by www.photobox.com. I would like customers to be able to select the item they want personalised:

-Samsung Galaxy s3 Mini

I would then like the customer to upload the image that they would like on their personalised case and be given a virtual representation of the physical product they will get (so their chosen image on their chosen device).

I would like the customer to have basic editing capabilities so that they can set orientation, scale the image and move it to create their desired design. Once the customer is happy with the design of their personalised phone/ipad case they can then save their image and complete their order.

Once the order is complete the application e-mails the image to ourselves cropped to the right dimension (for the selected device) at a resolution of 300dpi ready for print along with customer address and order ref.

I would like this application to work with our current website www.thegadgetpod.co.uk which uses wordpress and woocommerce. I would also like our ebay and amazon customers to be able to use this feature if possible (please state whether this would be included in your offering).
