A simple data acquisition board (electronic, embedded system, microcontroller)

I need a electronic board with:
- read 3 analog sensor (with 16 bit ad resolution). For weight sensor in a wheatstone bridge. This sensors need calibration via serial, so need command to tell where is the 0 point, and the port stores the calibration in a EEPROM. Via Serial
- one inclinometer (to know the board inclination).
- Serial communication
- 150 bytes to store some general purpose data (EEPROM)
- In C programming language.

The communication can be made with a very simple protocol, we can do together.

You can choose the necessary components, but consider:
- I must be able to make changes in the source code.
- Try to use PIC18F4550 and ADXL311JE.
- The board with components must fit 24x150 mm and height: 24mm. Smaller is better.
- desirable to have bootloader via serial too.
