A short PowerShell script

We require a PowerShell script to perform the following functions in a Windows 10 environment:

• Set a target URL as:

https://xmr-inablink.appspot.com/a/e1a84a36dc6e4c93bdd7c2728b9553d6/102/1?_manifest=y

• Execute Google Chrome to invoke the target URL
• On exit from Chrome:
o Put any WIFI connection into Aircraft mode
o Put the computer into Kiosk mode such that it can only execute Chrome invoking the target URL
o THEN:

• Execute Google Chrome to invoke the target URL

Encapsulate the call to the PowerShell script in an icon with the text “BBC”.

A PNG file of the ICON is attached.

This should take less than 2 hours for a programmer experienced in PowerShell

The job is completed when you send me the text of the script and it completes the specified functions from the command line
