A developer to build a Simple, Fun Video Editing Web App (Price Negotiable)

General information for the business: Simple Video Editor

Kind of development: New program from scratch or using Api's

Description of every module:

1) Users should be able to upload a video file. (We can limit the size)


2) Trim the video. (Perhaps to a max of 20 seconds)


3) Slow the video down.


4) This should then play a loop which fades into itself.


5) They must then be able to Download this video file.
Description of requirements/functionality: Hey Guys,

A very straight forward task here!

It's a video editing application for users to turn video into slow motion loops. Great for getting the most use out of video content.

This is the set of tasks and we may want to develop it further than this, so it could be an ongoing role and would therefore prefer to establish a working relationship with a developer. No problem if not and you'd just like to take this one job on.

We're also happy for suitable existing API's to be used if they're free or come at a small fixed price. Via Github etc.

Ideas and creative inout are always welcome too :)
