Our company is looking for an experienced Xamarin developer to carry out future updates to our app which could be large or small. We have small changes detailed below which should be quite easy for a developer with Xamarin experience. All these changes are results of targeting Android API 28 which has broken some functionality.
Successful completion of this small project could result in an ongoing working relationship.
Camera Capture
Change existing code for capturing an image from the camera so it works when targeting Android API 24 and above. This happens in two areas of the app but the resulting code should be very similar.
On-device file size compression of captured image to around 200k.
GPS
Fix an issue with the app not being able to obtain location data since targeting API 28.
We are looking for a very quick turnaround on this project.
