Write an App for iPhone (and maybe others)

I am looking for someone to develop an iPhone app (and possibly Android, Windows and Blackberry if cheaper to do them all together) . The app will be an alarm which will display pictures and text as well as making a sound. The pictures and text need to be randomly generated from the app. Needs all other functions of an alarm clock such as:

Select your song or even playlist as alarm
Other generic alarm sounds
Snooze
Multiple alarms
Sound/Music ON/OFF
Sound/Music volume adjustable
Snooze ON/OFF
Snooze time adjustable
Sound/Music Fade In
Background Alarm

Might also work as a flashlight.
