Wordpress plugin

I want to create a Wordpress plugin that does what Power Link Generator does, but managed entirely within Wordpress:

The plugin must:

# cloak URLs using the basic blog title
[so if my blog was myname.com, my links would be cloaked as myname.com/likes/customID]

# Have a \'no follow\' option on the affiliate link

# Must have a \'open in new window\' option for affiliate links so as not to take people away from the blog

# be able to store multiple affiliate links and insert them into any blog post at any time with an \'Affiliate Links\' button which appears at the top of posts and pages.

This would allow me to search my stored affiliate links then insert it alongside a custom keyword.

So for instance my blog words might be \'try out this great product now\'

By clicking on the \'Affiliate links\' button I would be able to:

# Search quickly for the affiliate link I want to use
# Write the text I want it linked to ie try out this great product now
# create a clickable link within my blog post that opens in a new window

# have campaign tracking ... so you can monitor clicks between two dates, then reset it and start again for each campaign

# Insert a \'Powered by\' link in the footer of the blog that can contain an affiliate link
