WEBRTC thirdparty linked to crm and apps

We urgently need a UK developer who can work with WEBRTC or a third party linked with WEBRTC that can add the options of video call from our system on a web address in php and sql etc and lumen and add it to our mobile apps, so we are able to call our users of the app.

we must be able to record and load from our system the video
the camera must change on the tablets
the sound must use the loud speaker as its like a facetime call.
on the system we must be able to do multiple calls
we have multiple office users with own user names and login who would all be using it at the same time.

THIS IS URGENT AND NEED IN 48 hours as much as possible.
