We need ipad menu app for restaurante

General information for the business: This is ipad menu app for restaurants
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: We're looking for iPad & Android apps that acts as a restaurant menu; displays headings, description, images & videos for each menu item. The application should have an admin interface as well; that should enable the admin to maintain the app (add/edit/delete).

Necessary conditions:
1. Apply only if you have a ready to demo/deploy version or you have already created similar software/app before
2. NDA needs to signed and legally enforceable. We will have exclusive right to the app and you need to provide complete source code & related material
3. Most important of all , NO MILESTONE PAYMENT. You deliver complete project, I'll make full payment.
4. Budget is not a constraint for the right candidate. Faster you deliver, faster we pay.

We need a Ipad/Android application to replace the print menu for restaurants using a Tablet. Should have an option of sending the order to a pc/server via wi-fi or cloud apps. The app must have internationalization capabilities such as multiple time zone, currency, language, etc. Each Tablet Menu must got wireless connectivity that enables the communication with the server. The touch screen must allow simple and effective interaction with the menu.

The app must be block on the screen and can not be closed by the client. Good example of what I need is here:

App will have four interfaces:
1. For Waiters and Admin interface (with highest access level), The purpose for this interface is to checking in or out customers
a. Waiter should be able to see the list of available and unavailable tables
b. When clicking on the table number, the waiter can check the customer in or checkout, paid bill.
C. should be able to enter the number of people sitting on the table
D. can indicate whether the customer has discount voucher or not (Yes/No button)
E. can transfer customer from one table to another (this will bring along all active orders in any).
f. When a customer call the waiter, notification appears (flashing icon may be)
g. When the flashing on the table number is clicked (the flashing should stop)
H. allow user to add table and number of seats
I. allow user to add new menu (category, upload images, price)
J. view individual order of individual tables
K. cancel individual item on an order

2. For Customers (this will be for iPad and android - Customers can use their iphone and ipad to order inside the restaurant. (Actuallt the restaurant will have ipads as menu) The main issue to have this apps at ipads..

3. For Chefs (Kitchen and bar) (iPad/android)
A. a list of order item as it came through
B. can click on start preparing and then mark it as ready

4, Web interface,
iPad and Android app will synchronized with this, Web interface and its online server where a web based system will be used to pull up the data.

Extra notes: NOTE: This is complex vertion of app. Depending on price we can ask simple vertion as well. ( Like: Admin can add menu (with text, photos ) And people can see at the ipads given to them the menu) this is very simple vertion... But we need price for complex vertion. For simple vertion we will ask pm later..
