My name is Sheridan - everyone calls me 'Shed' for short. Thank for looking at my brief.

APP OVERVIEW

This is an app that will allow anyone to have a video conversation (like Facetime) with a random person.

We're building ChatRoulette or Airtime for mobile. I expect you to know these web apps and to be familiar with their pros and cons.

The app will check if the phone is connected to wireless and has enough of a connection to make a video chat possible. If not, the app will let the person know when the conditions are right and alert them / email them.

The video chat will appear picture in picture and display basic information about the person on the screen - their name, location, age and another line of text for their strapline.

After the chat, the user can download a contact card into their contacts list and visit their website link - and add them on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn with one tap.

Each user will be prioritised to meet a new person each time they use the app, but if there is not one else, then a repeat meeting can occur.

Ability for admin to set a time limit on each chat or to have it without the time limit.

REPORT USER function in case anyone is obscene. If the user gets reported by more than three times (this level can be altered by admin), admin is told.

Ability to delete members.

Ability for admin to turn on a filter system that will allow anyone to randomly meet but filtered by gender, age and location.

Any other function that will make this sticky and useful.
